My Cruise Planner Travel Advisor, Joyce Hosier, was very helpful and attentive in booking stateroom and invoice process for our fantastic cruise. She was extremely responsive to my questions. Continuous updates and reminders were greatly appreciated. Definitely would use Joyce’s services on future cruise.
Very disappointed with the recommendation of using Shore Excursions Group. Especially the excursion to Philipsburg, Sint Maarten. Expectations were quickly diminished when YOLO Tours arrived late at meeting spot, held their sign upside down. Further delay when we had to wait for a second van to accommodate all the passengers. The quality of vans were poor, especially uncomfortably warm with lack of proper A/C temperature. Our tour did not include all listed beautiful places on excursion description. Our tour guide, K, was nice enough but did not offer us water or adequately describe areas of Dutch and French side. Our experience of sightseeing tour of the island was not what it should have been and did not meet our expectation. Should have been a memorable tour for the right reasons. The trip was fabulous. The accommodations were perfect. The safaris were the best thing I’ve ever seen. To see the magnificent animals in their natural habitat was so wonderful. Had a great time. As always Princess delivered top notch service and customer interaction. Their new Medallion order anywhere and have it delivered option doesnt really work. Better off calling room service or going to a bar directly for drinks. It took over an hour or one room service order and never got any other room service orders after numerous hours waiting. They tout this as a big convenience tool but it isnt a viable consistent option. Still Medallion makes life easier and it was a wonderful trip. Had a great time. Another great vacation with Vinnie Girardi and Lisa Heflin-Girardi. St thomas was beautiful we did a boat ride along the coast line and visited the sub tropical forest . Fun bicycle ride along coast line in st croix, we swam with the sting rays in antigua - just amazing. we aw the incredible pitons in st lucia along with the sulfur springs and a great lunch with local cusine overlooking the pitons. Wow! In Grenada we did a fun glsss bottom boat ride in the caribbean waters and did a tour thru city along with rum distillery tour and then to the beautiful beach with rum punch drinks. Just incredible! the last day we visited the El Yunque rain forest, Coca waterfall, and tower. thank you Cruise Planners Travel Agent Joyce Hosier for helping us again with another great vacation. My parents just returned from the cruise and i must say Thank You, Thank You so much. They enjoyed it to the fullest. They had an ocean view room, which my dad was absolutely infatuated with. My mom kept talking about the good food and the beyond excellent staff, that she never wanted for any thing.
This was their first cruise and they asked me to find them another as soon as possible.
Once again I do appreciate the time and effort you put in to make their trip wonderful. Even the emails, phone calls and small reminders were all appreciated.

Here is a girl that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did Joyce find us a great deal on a wonderful cruise, but also found us a pet sitter after our sitter left us in a bind!

Joyce Hosier from Cruise Planners did an amazing job with booking our honeymoon to Jamaica. She even attended our wedding. Joyce has booked many of our vacations and all have been great but I must say, our honeymoon was so special and memorable; she even price matched and got us the best deal. We used a travel agent for the first time for our Carnaval Cruise. She was awesome! She answered every question, showed us how to save money, advised us of excursions and let me tell you we had the best guides imaginable! We are definately going again and no one but Joyce will ever book our travel experiences again! This lady not only books these vacations for customers, she actually checks these packages out personally or through first hand sources!
